Smt Anitha Guha.

A disciple of Sri Govindaraja Pillai, Smt Anitha started her dancing career in Hyderabad. She performed and choreographed dance ballets even in her teens. Arriving in Chennai in 1989, she founded the dance school "Bharathanjali" which also runs a Trust now.

In the last 15 years Anitha Guha has produced several successful dance ballets, the most recent of them being, Ramyam Hitham Natyam,Sadha Venkatesam Smaraami Smaraami, Sarvam Shakti Mayam Jagat, Mahadevam Mahasenam Bhaje, Thathaasthu, Swagatham Krishna and Nattrunaiyavadhu Namachivayave. Apart from visualising and directing she lends vocal support and performs nattuvangam for each ballet. Aishwarya has played significant roles in all these ballets. These have been staged in leading sabhas and festivals in Chennai and other cities in India.

Anitha learns Carnatic music from Smt. B, Meenakshi. Anitha draws strength from a strong faith in God. She believes in hard work, personal effort and perseverance. Anitha imparts a love for dance, a passion for perfection in her students and brings out the best in each of them. Some of the honors conferred on Anitha:
